It has been AGES since I last wrote a monthly wrap up. AGES!
I read 6 books in June and I listened to 2 audiobooks – If I read/listen to a book a week then I feel like I’ve had a good reading month.
Books I READ:
And the audiobooks I listened to:
My 2 favourite books of the month had to be Such a fun age by Kiley Reid and The Truants by Kate Weinberg.
Are any of my June reads on your TBR pile?
I think I am going to spend a lot of July reading quite a few books for August blog tours and I am going to try and make a tiny dent in my NetGalley TBR pile. I am currently reading –
The Girl from Widow Hills by Megan Miranda (Very good so far)
Every Sky a Grave by Jay Posey (took me by surprise and I don’t want to put it down)
The Nesting by C. J. Cooke (has the most gorgeous cover art!)
Happy reading!
Such a Fun Age + The Love Square + The Truants – I AM IN LOVE WITH THESE COVERS, Jules! 😍😍😍😍 sooo pretttyyyy!!
I think I am gonna go and buy these ASAP! 🤪😍😍😍

I actually gave all 3 of those 5***** over on Goodreads! All completely different books, but great reads. 😀 😀 😀

It was a great read! I was hooked right from the start, if I get organised I’m planning on putting up a review of it soon 😀

I really want to read Truants! It sounds like such a good book and I can’t wait to get my hands on it. I loved Sanctuary too. I was able to get a copy signed last year at YALC and I read it as soon as I got home and I loved it. It’s such a good witch book and I really liked that it’s based on the modern world.
8 books is an amazing amount and I hope July is just as good a month filled with lots of reading too 🙂

Thank you, The Truants was a 5 star read for me, I really enjoyed it. And I was totally surprised by how much I loved Sanctuary – I have my fingers crossed for another book set in that world. 🙂

I loved Such a Fun Age, although opinion on it has been a little divided. I found it unputdownable and it also presented some uncomfortable truths in an entertaining way that helps to get the message across.
