Welcome to my stop on the Blog Tour for Parents and Teachers by Sara Madderson.
Compelling. Witty. And just so READABLE. I was hooked.
Book Blurb:
At two of London’s most exclusive prep schools, there are strict rules against parents fraternising with teachers.

Well, that’s the theory, in any case.
Jenna, a Year 3 teacher at St Cuthbert’s, catches the eye of the school’s highest-profile parent, a world-famous action movie star, with far-reaching consequences.
Meanwhile, over at Chiltern House, Astrid is still licking her wounds after her husband left her. Her daughter’s PE teacher, Callum, may be her best chance of rediscovering her joie de vivre.
Astrid’s friend Natalia, whose life revolves around motherhood these days, finds herself questioning everything she’s taken for granted when her husband becomes embroiled in a #MeToo scandal.
Really, the only ones behaving themselves are the kids …
Great synopsis, right!?! and I loved the gorgeous cover.
Parents and Teachers turned up through my letter box at exactly the right time – my tired brain needed the comfort of a fun, sexy and a purely entertaining read. I couldn’t put it down. Or I could have, of course I could have – I just really didn’t want too!
For me, it was the characters that made the book more than just a good read – I found myself getting deeply invested and rooting for the lives of Jenna, Astrid and Natalia as they all muddled their way through some serious relationship mishaps and some very intense romantic escapades.
The writing and the pacing were all spot on. Sara Madderson had a lovely writing style, she captured my attention and drew me in, her writing read effortlessly. And that is a TALENT.
After finishing Parents and Teachers I went and purchased Sara’s first book – Food for thought and I can’t wait to find the time to get stuck in. (Sara if you ever read my wee review – you’ve made a new loyal reader out of me.)
I received a copy of the book for review from the author, which was all arranged by the blog tour organiser – Thank you!

Excellent review, Jules💜
